The accommodation comprises

- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC
- Powder room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 10m x 4m swimming pool (private, heated), open from 1st May to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual).
- Lovely 3,400 m² private, unenclosed garden
- A 125 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and outdoor kitchen to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Astier, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 3 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Sainte-Foy la Grande (approx. 12 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux (approx. 1h30)

- All children swimming are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics)
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
