A nice North End beach location with the Lifeguard Station (public bathrooms) as the focal point along with Brown's Restaurant and their famous doughnuts. A block from the beach and boardwalk. A short walk in the neighborhood features.... the Island Grill, a pizza shop, corner deli, TJ's ice cream parlor and a church. The Gardens is the best part of Ocean City. Just a wonderful old fashioned seashore setting. There is also an active bay sport life here in OC with wave runners, paddle boarding, sailing, kayaking, fishing and even fun pirate voyages for the kids. Plenty of public tennis and pickle ball courts close by. Bike riding the boards in the morning and walking it at night with the family, it doesn't get any better than that. Wonderful memories that truly last a lifetime. Providing a clean and well appointed second floor unit for you and your family. The unit has two bedrooms (sleeps 6). Ocean City is no longer just a summer only destination. Just 20 minutes from AC, and close to other beach communities. September and October are just beautiful Indian Summer months as the summer vacationers thin out. The Spring is equally as nice. Cute house great distance from everything, place was very clean upon check-in and communication with owner was top notch. Came with beach tags which we so appreciated We loved our stay, thank you!

There were a couple of appliances in the kitchen that were not working, but Lynn was quick to remedy those situationsThere is also only one outdoor shower for two rental units.Also, there is no offstreet parking and the owner runs a business from the basementPlease be aware that Kevin runs the business and parks two cleaning vehicles in front of the house so therefore there is no parking for your vehicle and the street is very busy
