Sitting less than a 10 minute walk from the beach & boardwalk, this condo is ideal for families or small groups looking for an Ocean City getaway. This modern, 2 Bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor condo comes with all the essentials for an enjoyable vacation. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a trundle, sleeping 3 comfortably. There is also a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room bringing the total available sleeping spots to 7. The Kitchen features a gas stove/oven, dishwasher and all other basic amenities for a home cooked meal. Cable TV and wireless internet are also included. On-site outside shower and washer/dryer combination. Gillian's Wonderland Pier and Asbury shopping district all within a 3 block walk!

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had contacted the host about supplying linens which was agreed upon prior to renting. When we went to bed at midnight there were comforters on the bed but no sheets. We did find some in a tub in the storage closet. No beach towels in the house. I knew there would not be beach tags. Host knew we were flying in so I guess I should have asked. Parking was a nightmare no spaces on Ocean Ave 90% of our 2 week stay. All appliances worked well. All furniture was worn but clean.

Easy booking with an affordable price. Very nice location within close walking distance to the boardwalk. Free street parking was easy to find, and the host was easy to communicate with.

Place was nice, kitchen had everything, washer and dryer a plus, front porch was really nice to sit out on. The only problem was that the queen size bed could really use a new mattress. Other than that it was a nice place plus the price was great!
