About this apartment rental
This beautiful, first floor, well maintained & clean beach home is a newer raised style with carport built in 1996. Third house south of 26th St. on Asbury Ave.
It has an open kitchen/living room, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 4 flat screen TVs, enclosed lighted outside shower, front and rear covered porches with cushion furniture, and locked storage room for bikes and beach gear.
Sleeps 9. Beds are: 1 split King, 3 twins (including trundle), 1 full, 1 queen sofabed.
Streaming TV service, Wireless internet, 2 DVDs, Blu-Ray, a VCR, carport. Well equipped kitchen.
Recent upgrades include: new front deck cushions; Bosch sanitizing dishwasher, 4K 43" smart TV in 3rd BR. Other highlights include: split King bed in master bedroom; 55" 4K TV, dining table; stainless steel french door refrigerator, enclosed outside lighted fiberglass shower and vinyl railings on all decks/stairs, both bathrooms have newer tile floors, granite vanity tops, faucets and light fixtures.
It's a short 2.5 block, 3 minute walk to the beach (guarded in season). Great location for bicycles - just 1.5 short blocks to the bike path on Haven Ave, or to the boardwalk's south entrance at 23rd St.
This house is at 26th street. The widest part of the boardwalk with the shops and rides is between 6th and 14th streets.
Bed and bath linens are not provided; remember to bring your own (or rent separately from a service).
There are electronic door locks so there's no need to carry a key to the beach! I can remote program a personal 4 digit code you desire.
Rentals are Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am from June thru Sept. Several internet streaming services are included, but no live TV channels. The entrance door is on the north side of the building, in the stairwell.
Room layout:
* Master has 1 split King bed, TV/DVD, full bath, rear deck
* 2nd bedroom has 1 Double bed, 1 twin bed (trundle pulls out from under the double), TV/BlueRay
* 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, TV
* Living room has 1 Queen sleeper sofa
NO senior week or spring break groups. NO pets.
NO smoking on the property.
The Rental Agreement is acknowledged and accepted electronically within the booking process.
The 2027 season weekly rates are NOT yet posted.

Property was primarily as described, great location close to the beach, it was further south of the boardwalk & downtown area but a quick drive & the location allowed for it to have a quieter, neighborhood feel.The host was easy to communicate with & gave a clear instructions on a few expected things; there was a hurricane impacting the area during our stay & he helped us make sure the property was secured properly.Property is definitely recommended for any families or groups looking for a nice home near the beach!
