This spacious beach retreat comfortably accommodates family and friends with 3 bedrooms and 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms featuring custom finishes. The updated kitchen offers granite countertops, a tile backsplash, gas cooking, and a center island with seating, making it perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The open-concept great room is filled with natural light and features cathedral ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a spacious dining area for enjoying meals together.
Step outside and relax on the large front porch, complete with a retractable electric awning—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Additional conveniences include a carport, private enclosed outdoor shower, and storage closet.
To make your beach days even easier, we provide:
Four beach chairs
Two boogie boards
Beach toys for the little ones
One bicycle
Please note that bed linens and towels cannot be provided by the owners in accordance with Ocean City guidelines. If needed, they can be conveniently rented for your stay through OCNJ Shore Services at www.ocnjshoreservices.com.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

We had such a good time earlier in the summer we turned around and rented the property again to capture the end of beach season. Lovely family-owned property.

We were very pleased with our week-long stay at this home. Even though it was near the end of summer, everything was clean and fully functioning. It was close enough to the beach for 2 toddlers to make the trip easily.

What a gem of a place. My family and I had a wonderful time here. The family lives below and were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent again.
