About this apartment rental
Prime location on Plymouth Place (between 7th and 8th Streets) in the heart of Ocean City, NJ! Near the OC Waterpark and less than 500 feet to Jersey’s finest beach and boardwalk attractions-SO CLOSE! Only minutes from downtown shops and restaurants!
This ground-floor (no steps) vacation condo sleeps 6 and features two bedrooms: a master with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full and twin bed, plus a pull-out full-size sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, three flat-screen TVs with internet apps, and private WiFi.
Linens are not included. Guests must bring their own bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels. Does include 7 pillows. Full size kitchen with all needed essentials.
Starter sets of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests may need to replenish their paper goods.
Condo is newly renovated and includes 6 beach tags, an outdoor shower, clotheslines, filtered drinking water at kitchen sink (point-of-use system) and an onsite mobile-pay washer and dryer for laundry.
Guest booking and staying must be at least 25 years of age. Adults cannot rent on behalf of younger guests—no exceptions. A signed rental agreement and driver’s license are required before check-in.

Property was lovely. Hosts were helpful.Location was perfect. (Steps from boardwalk and we both use canes and it was ideal.) Even going down to the beach was easy.Room was quiet (3 infants next door and we never heard them). Bathroom shower was fantastic. 2 shower heads and perfect water pressure.Decor was nice. All of family that stopped by commented on the decor.

We loved the property! Very clean and had all the amenities we needed (including 6 beach tags). So close to the boardwalk which was a huge plus for us! The host was very responsive to emails which is always helpful when you are planning your trip. We would def. go back!
