About this apartment rental
Fully furnished first floor condo that sleeps 8. Three bedrooms, two full baths and a queen size sleeper sofa. Master bedroom with queen size bed and full bath. Two additional bedrooms each with twin size day bed and pull-out trundle bed. Full bath in hallway. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room.
Covered front porch deck with seating and new large back deck with grill and umbrella seating. Own laundry room and one off street parking space. Central air and ceiling fans. Cable TV and wireless internet. Shared outdoor shower.
Small dogs (under 40lbs.) welcome. We ask that pets not be allowed on furniture, or that you bring extra sheets to cover the furniture. Failure to cover the furniture will result in an additional $50 cleaning charge.
Bed linens, bath/beach towels and paper products NOT provided.
Non-refundable deposit due upon booking.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to beach, restaurants,and ice cream! Linda is a great host. She was quick to respond and handle any concerns we had.

Our host was a good communicator and the house was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch and the beach and downtown Ocean City were close by. While we were able to figure things out, operating directions for the Keurig coffee maker and the tv would have been helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was well maintained. Great location for walks to the beach. The owner/property manager was easy to work with during booking. Overall, great stay.

This house worked nicely for us a place to stay for the MS Ride. It was clean and well equipped. Everything was as advertised. Communications with the owner was great.
It was a little noisy when it rained, drops hitting on neighbors AC units. And it would be great if the owner supplied linens and towels. Those are minor issues and I understand cost are lower if you bring your own linens...
Overall, We had a very nice weekend there.
