With such a fantastic location there’s no need to get taxis anywhere. We're just minutes away from Manchester Airport and Old Trafford (Man Utd) Stadium via the Metrolink. You're also spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, bars and eateries a stone throw away.

Park on our gated driveway.
GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washing machine and drying machine which is convenient for those on longer trip.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea and coffee.

There is a refundable deposit of £250 for 1 night stay. For events such as Parklife weekend, there will be a refundable deposit of £250.
If you are coming along with Pets, please note there is a Pet fee. For 1-7 days stay the charge is £30/Pet/day. 8-28 days stay the charge is £200/Pet and over 28days the charge is £300/Pet
