Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• There are stairs up to the unit outside and stairs inside the unit.
• One dedicated covered parking space and one open parking first come basis at front of complex. Parking Passes must be displayed in vehicle and will be included in the unit upon arrival.

If for medical reasons this is not acceptable to guests, please contact Grand Welcome of Space Coast at the time of booking so that alternate arrangements can be made for your stay.
• No smoking, vaping or marijuana use (including for medical use) - you will be fined $500 plus mitigation.
• No pets - you will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
• No parties or gatherings.
• Please obey max occupancy at all times.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Cocoa Beach, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The place was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Cocoa Beach. We can't wait to come back!

The location of this place is amazing. The bedrooms are large and upstairs so away from the main living space. The walk to the beach and pool are ideal. We would definitely stay here again.
