The condo is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean and pool. The grounds were very clean and kept up. It was very quiet, even the beach was quiet. We found it to be very peaceful, and everyone was respectful. We had a great time for our first time in Cocoa beach. We hope to return again soon!

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It was clean and everything was supplied such as beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and even two fishing poles. The rules are a little strict in the pool area in my opinion and the laundry area could use a good cleaning however this has nothing to do with the owners of the Condo.

The sheets needed to be washed - our granddaughter had bed bug bites - the apartment was dated - beach equipment old and rusted or broken
