We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was close to so much shopping and restaurants. We loved having direct access to the beach too. Everything was clean and easy to find. Everything was well stocked as far as beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc.

Sofas were beat up and patched with duct tape, then removed replaced with new but inexpensive sofas on our fifth day. Balcony never gets sun and is hardly private. Some old teflon pots/pans scratched beyond useful. Very clean but totally lacking warmth or charm. Could use another chair or two and maybe a small carpet here and there. Strictly a rental to make money. Very good and responsive management. Excellent pool and beach access. The bedroom with three beds not for everyone. .
