The house had everything my family needed including items for our baby. It was very clean and in a great location. Our kids enjoyed the pool almost every day. We definitely will be back next year!

This house was perfect for us! There were three couples and there was plenty of space, inside and out. Bedrooms are good sized, beds are comfy. Pool area was nice - the gazebo was great when you needed shade (there is also a large patio umbrella you can bring out from the garage). We utilized just about everything that was there! Pictures online are spot on. Location was great - def walkable to the beach, pier, the Sandbar and Ron Jon Surf Shop. Communication with property manager was easy and always responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Return visitor to this property. Great for our family stay (4 adults, 3 kids all under age 5). Location is perfect to walk to food/drinks/beach/shopping. There is a playground and pickleball/basketball court right across the street. The pool is awesome, especially for young kids. Absolutely would recommend staying here when visiting Cocoa Beach.
