One of the best things about Cocoa Beach Club is that pretty much everything you need to enjoy an elevated beach day is already included with your stay. Comfy beach chairs. Shade-spreading umbrellas. Premium towels. You got it. The club also has private showers where guests can rinse off the sea-salt and sand after some fun at the private beach, exclusive to Cocoa Beach Club guests.

We had a few amazing days in this property. The location cannot be better. With a direct view of the ocean and the pool and steps away from the beach and a free parking space that comes with the property. The duplex itself was very clean and neat. The bedrooms are huge, the bathrooms more on the smaller side but all very functional and clean. The kitchen is a bit old but has everything you need. We would definitely book this again. This stay was above and beyond our expectations! We appreciated Debbie’s accommodations and for the quick replies. We truly enjoyed our stay and how close the place was to everything. We cannot wait to staying at this place again in the future! I also appreciate how Debbie went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and when my cousins left her watch but Debbie ensured that it would be sent to her as quickly as possible.

We had a good stay. I was concerned about the steps because I didn’t realize we had two levels in our unit and steps to get to the unit but it worked out ok. My husband has some knee issues also I would rather have a washer and dryer in our unit. All in all it worked out fine. The location is great and close enough to everything so we didn’t need a vehicle. Debbie was easy to work with.
