You’ll be conveniently located within a short drive of the area’s hottest attractions, including Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World just to name a few. And, of course, you'll be steps away from the glittering white sandy beaches, accessible via a charming small boardwalk that links the community directly to the beach. Additionally, the renowned Cocoa Beach Pier is only a 2-minute walk away.
Located in a family-friendly complex with its own newly renovated heated pool, you’ll have endless options for how to spend your days whether relaxing with a good book by the water or taking a stroll to next door Cocoa Beach Pier lined with shopping and restaurants, including the popular Ron John’s Surf Shop. Wind down your days walking the beach with a fresh cup of flavored shaved ice before heading back to the home to rest and recharge.
The bright and airy living room is the perfect place to relax while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV, all the while keeping the outdoors in full view courtesy of sliding door with entrance onto the patio. Cool tile flooring runs throughout the home, keeping the Florida heat at bay. The chic dining room table can seat 6 for a family game night or meals prepped together in the spacious kitchen. Fully equipped for all your cooking needs, you’ll also find beautiful quartz counters, sleek cabinetry, and a Keurig coffee maker ready to get your day started out right.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 full beds and a smart TV.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• One dedicated covered parking space and one open parking first come basis at front of complex. Parking Passes must be displayed in vehicle and will be included in the unit upon arrival. Please note that failure to comply with parking requirements can result in additional fees.
• Please note that due to condominium complex requirements, Pest Control will need to enter the property on the second Tuesday of every month. If for medical reasons this is not acceptable to guests, please contact Grand Welcome of Space Coast at the time of booking so that alternate arrangements can be made for your stay.
• No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use (including for medical use) – violators will be fined $500 plus mitigation.
• No pets – violators will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
• No parties or gatherings.
• Please obey max occupancy at all times.

We really appreciated the warm welcome—the snack basket, extra toiletries, and airy décor were such thoughtful touches! The beach towels and chairs were convenient. There are a few areas that could use extra attention. We come to Cocoa Beach often to see family and were hoping to find our go-to spot. With a bit more care, this place could be perfect! Good for adults but I’d be a little weary about small children here because of the cleanliness. It was a good trip and we had a place to rest our heads after our packed days.

This spot made it so easy for my family (ranging from a 4yo to seniors) to stay together and enjoy Cocoa Beach. We could go from the beach to the pool and the pier with minimal effort.

Although my husband was ill while we were there we were still able to enjoy the weather, the pool & just relaxing on our patio.
