Featuring two private primary suites, dedicated children’s accommodations, a media room with a sofa bed that pulls into a queen-size sleeper bed, and two air mattresses, this home is ideally suited for families seeking both space and privacy.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are appointed with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and premium finishes throughout. Outdoors, a heated gunite pool, bluestone patio, and landscaped grounds provide a peaceful environment for relaxation and recreation. Additional amenities include luxury linens, two beverage refrigerators, and a well-equipped craft and play area.
Located on a quiet double cul-de-sac between East Hampton and Springs, Fairway Villa offers convenient access to beaches, Three Mile Harbor Marina, and a range of local dining and retail establishments. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
