Beautiful new home in East Hampton. Transitional style with NY loft feeling only minutes from both East Hampton Village and Amagansett.
My place is close to beaches approximately a 5 to 6 minute drive. You’ll love my place because of the design, the spacious yard and the location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and groups.

The inside is very large and very open. Ken was very quick to respond and helpful with all of my questions. He was nice and easy to deal with. Great location to Atlantic Beach and also to the downtown shops and restaurants! Thanks again!

The property looks good on photos, the garden is very big and the pool is good. Overall the finish of the property is average. When I noticed the kitchen is not well stocked |(especially for 8+ people) the owner scrambled to buy additional items (which didn't arrive when we were there.) The garden furniture was broken and replaced as we had to ask for this. The BBQ was an eroded mess and had to ask for this to be fixed. The owner was very responsive to fix issues which I suppose is a good thing, but overall (and what I was told by the owner) the house is apparently priced accordingly so don't expect too much.
In summary its an average property that isn't managed well so you get what you pay for. I am sure I will be corrected with wonderful excuses from the owner for the above.
