Bike to the beach and town of Amagansett from the large, private home in Stony Hill Estate section. 1st floor master bedroom suite with large en-suite bathroom, with additional 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. 1st floor living room, as well as separate den along with all new full eat-in open plan kitchen/diner with Quartz countertops and new appliances , as well as separate formal dining room. Large expansive deck with barbecue, outdoor dining with sun awning and seating for up to 20. Large 20 x 40 foot heated pool (heat with 7 day advance notice + additional deposit) , all on private 2 acre plot. Parking for up to 10 cars. Ask for Special Weekly/Monthly Rates. Price does not include Processing Fee of 3.5%.

Wonderful spacious and clean and orderly home with everything you need for a lovely stay. The host was responsive and communicative -- and accommodations were extremely comfortable and private. The area is exquisite and we enjoyed exploring the beaches, farms, and town.
