Overall the house was Great & would recommend!
Pros: number of rooms/beds, private location, pool (heated/lighted),very clean, location to downtown/beach. Cons: Outdated & moldy patio furniture (only used lounge chairs), Kitchen appliances/cutlery needs updating (could also use a blender), Sliding door difficult to open, mattresses not very comfortable and powder room door needs new lock.
I recommend parking passes for beach parking (MUST HAVE)

Close to beach went to main beach plus close enough to go to montauk with family
More importantly had allot of questions my grandkids we’re coming owner property manager very accommodating to me with all my questions .. we had a great time !

The location was great. The listing was accurate. Everything worked properly and my family were all extremely pleased. I would definitely come back again.

The inside of the home was as expected from the listing, but the pool was dirty upon arrival. We had to wait a day and a half in order for the pool to be cleaned before we were able to use it. Also, the backyard furniture was dirty.
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable as well.
