Three bedrooms are located on the main floor, while the lower level offers a spacious entertainment area and an en-suite bedroom, perfect for guests or family. The property also includes a full basement, four bedrooms total, three full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Located just one mile from Louse Point and Barnes Hole Beach, and minutes from Amagansett, Stonecrest Estate offers the perfect blend of privacy, luxury, and convenience, making it an ideal Hamptons escape for relaxation, entertaining, and creating unforgettable memories.

Nestled in one of East Hampton’s most serene and sought-after enclaves, this property offers a perfect balance of privacy and coastal accessibility. Located just moments from the natural beauty of Louse Point and Barnes Hole Beach, residents enjoy easy access to quiet shoreline escapes, scenic walking trails, and breathtaking sunsets over Gardiners Bay.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

A grill is available on the back deck for guest use, while the wood-burning fireplace in the main living room is not available for guest use.
Exterior security cameras are installed on the back deck and at both entry doors for safety purposes.
The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm and a pool alarm system. A unique guest access code will be generated prior to arrival.
The pool is open seasonally and will close on September 21, 2026. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.

Stays up to 13 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 14 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
