About this house rental
Welcome to Either Oar, a newly renovated 2/2 spacious duplex mins from boat ramps and downtown! Enjoy the laid back modern Boho design with all you need to enjoy your time. We accept pets and have a fully fenced in backyard. There is also space to park your boat/trailer. We are in the perfect place to swim with manatees, visit wildlife parks, go for a bike ride or hike on miles of trails. Relax at the waterfront restaurants or bring your kayaks, water bikes, boats, & SUP for a fun adventure!
The space
In a tremendously convenient location within a simple local neighborhood, Either Oar boasts a spacious layout with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, both with bathtubs, an open airy kitchen, and living space, and a fully fenced private backyard with a fire pit! You're welcome to bring up to two pets and have a private driveway with room for your boat/trailer! The master bedroom has a large comfy king bed with a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. There are three TVs, located in the living room and in both bedrooms, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, and an open living/dining area. This is a duplex, and you have a private entrance and a separate private backyard area. There are many lively waterfront restaurants and venues just minutes away! We are super close to boat ramps, great golf courses, and the Gulf of Mexico which is popular for fishing and scalloping. Visit the three sister Springs, which are about a five-minute ride, or downtown, which has many cute shops and places for coffee or to get drinks. Make your time away anything you desire… many relaxing places to come “wine” down or get out there and enjoy the fun-filled days kayaking, boating, fishing, or playing golf. There are endless options to enjoy!

You have access to your full side of the duplex with your own private driveway and own private backyard area. You have access to everything in the home except a small locked owners closet.

Either Oar is located on a side street in a duplex neighborhood. It offers a very laid-back and simple living experience, just five minutes away from downtown. You can reach Winn-Dixie food store in five minutes and Publix food store and Walmart in about 15 minutes. There are plenty of activities within a 10-minute drive and many eateries just down the road.
Getting around
You have a private driveway and can bring your bikes to ride as well. I would suggest using you car for quick convenient rides to all you would like to do! Public Boat ramps are just minutes away!
We are Pet Friendly!
For a fee of $100 we allow up to two pets! We just ask that they be crated while you're out and about. We love our furry friends so much, we'd be so happy to host yours!
