Beautiful 3/2 home comfortably accommodates 8+ guests for a great vacation destination. Three Smart TVs with cable, Netflix and WIFI access and bluetooth printer to stay connected!

The home is located on a Lagoon near King's Bay, which makes it a great choice for boaters. Several public boat ramps are located near the home and are available for your use. The lagoon is not only great for boats, but is also a popular swimming place for manatees and dolphins!
The garage is currently being used by the owner for storage and is not accessible by guests.

This house was perfect from the location, to the cleanliness. It had enough room in the driveway for your trailer and two cars. The dock fit our 27ft boat perfect with no tide issues or low bridges in your way. Beds were comfortable and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

Everything was ok a few minor issues that we had. To fix up quickly like the ac was leaking upon arrival we had to blow out the line and clean up a nig mess However, our Big Issue was the house is listed as haing a jacuzzi hot tub and there was not one.
That should not be allowed that is something I was looking forward to. And if you don’t have one the rent should be cheaper. Had I know there was no jacuzzi I would have went with a different house.
