Accessible for kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. Kayaks and paddleboards are provided at the property. The spacious lanai and retractable awning provide ample shade. The custom fire pit is perfect for evenings to relax and enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom offers one new, queen size. The second bedroom offers a trundle bed set. Bunkbeds are accessed from the adjoining bedrooms.

Great long weekend stay. We used the kayaks and saw so many manatees. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was just what we need to relax.

The home was very nice with plenty of room and a nice view of the canal. It was very clean with plenty of amenities. The attached screened in area was also very lovely. I will say that it is definitely more geared for a family with children (no more than one family) due to the second bedroom set up. The coffee bar was a big plus! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with shopping close by for anything you may need to stock up on. Plenty of springs and parks are also very conveniently located near the home. We definitely enjoyed our stay there!
