Our impeccable, waterfront retreat on King's Bay offers beautiful, waterfront access that cannot be beat. The premier view is outstanding and fishing success abundant right from the dock. The property is modern and comfortable with new furnishings. No detail has been overlooked in making this property user friendly for watersports and outdoor enthusiasts. Manatee viewing is spectacular from our own dock. Accessible for kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. Kayaks and paddleboards are provided at the property. The spacious lanai and retractable awning provide ample shade. The custom fire pit is perfect for evenings to relax and enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom offers one new, queen size. The second bedroom offers a trundle bed set. Bunkbeds are accessed from the adjoining bedrooms.
The resort style, walk-in showers include rainheads and European glass surrounds. The modern, white kitchen is stunning with handmade, subway tile back splash and all new stainless steel appliances. A vacation at our property assures comfort and relaxation. This property is minutes from downtown Crystal River. It is easily walkable to local cuisine and nearby stores. The legendary Three Sisters Springs boardwalk is a scenic 10 minute walk. Fort Island Trail Beach is just down the road. The host was exceptionally accommodating! We had some trouble with the wi-fi and Melisha went out of her way to make sure it was fixed as quickly as possible. The house location was perfect! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, it sits right on the water with a beautiful view of King Spring. It was clean and the furniture looked new and was comfortable. The screened in lanai was the best! A great trip!
