Crystal River is the place to be if you love nature, fishing, scalloping, boating, manatees and a small town vibe. This quaint home is right on the water just off of King's Bay. You'll love the wildlife! See manatees as they swim around enjoying the big secluded canal right behind the house and dolphins churning up the water as they fish. Enter the water right from the steps in the backyard to kayak or for a refreshing swim. It’s truly a kayaker’s paradise! The protected area across the water makes for a peaceful and quiet stay. You can keep your shallow water boat at the small floating dock or use the various boat ramps close by to launch a bigger boat. The canal leads straight out to King's Bay and out to the Gulf for great fishing and scalloping. Fort Island Gulf beach and fishing pier is just 8 miles down the road as well. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, board games, kayaks, bicycles, comfy beds and fun, artsy decor.

Beautiful property, excellent location, great communication from the host and even a surprise birthday cake upon arrival. When we come back we’ll check this vrbo’s availability first! Scalloping was fantastic, too. Thank you, for all the hospitality!

We loved this place! It was perfect for our family! The house was cleaned and had some of the essentials we forgot for a longer stay. Communication was amazing and very quick! Thank you so much!
