- Our home is equipped with a smart lock with camera and 2-exterior cameras. This is for the safety of our guests and the property.
- Adult 2-single kayaks are available at no cost. Guests are responsible for transporting them and would need a truck or a vehicle with a rack.

Great place to stay for the price. Location is close to town but definitely quiet and private. The fenced yard was smaller than expected but was great for our pets. We spent a wonderful month here and would definitely go back.

What a wonderful property! The host accurately described everything, and the home was actually a little bigger than I thought. The pool was delightful, as were the accommodations. Rome was very responsive to all of our questions. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Crystal River. Highly recommend!

Very nice comfortable home in a quiet area. Beautiful pool area and nice fenced in area for our dog. Owner does a good job communicating and keeping you informed.
