This 3 bedroom home has 2 queen bedrooms & 1 King bedroom w/ 300mb/s Wi-Fi & a desk just in case you need to work in between time at the springs! The sunroom also has a queen size sofa bed for extra guests & a pack n play!

Quiet street on a dead end road with no thru traffic makes it ideal for families and a peaceful retreat!
Guests will have full access to the entire property with exception to the locked cleaner's cabinet.

Please be sure to message us if you would like to heat the pool during your stay as it is not heated full-time. $20 per night pool heating fee if you'd like it heated. This will be requested separately through Airbnb.

Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
stays of 28 nights or longer require a rental agreement signed before checkin, a copy of photo ID submitted to the host and a refundable $150 security deposit.
Driveway Size: 2 car wide, fits 6 vehicle and can also fit trailers // 13ft wide and 35ft long
NO PARKING IN THE FRONT YARD OR SIDE YARD AS THE SEPTIC TANK AND DRAINFIELD ARE LOCATED THERE.
We charge $20 per night for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool heater is on a timer and the heater runsfrom 8am to 8pm only.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

It was great. The house was clean and full of everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the property was perfect for our 2 big dogs. It was centrally located with food, parks, and downtown within 15 minutes of the house.

Very nice stay. Nice pool, pet friendly. We could get to many different types of activities within 20 minutes. I would definitely check out the local seafood and we loved hanging out at Rainbow Springs. It was breathtaking! We will stay here again!

This was a very nice place to stay. Enjoyed the whole time we were here! Good solid fence for the fur babies. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean & modern kitchen appliances. We were very pleased with the quick responsiveness of our host, Chris. Also, impressed with the lawn service person who came & told us he was there so we could keep the dogs in. This was an A-1 place to stay.
