Enjoy the calm, warm waters of a private bay beach
Walk just two minutes down a sandy lane to a private neighborhood beach, and take any of the home's 4 kayaks, numerous water tubes, skim floats/boards, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach coolers to guarantee a fun time for all. For the beach walking lover, enjoy miles of uninterrupted coastline, or the timeless pleasure of meandering in the low tide making all sorts of discoveries (ideal for kids too!).
Enjoy the Cape Cod bike Trail
With any of the 6 bikes provided, take the bike trail up to PBs for morning pastries, or down along the picturesque kettle ponds of Eastham and Orleans. Make a day of it and use the bike rack to visit the incredible dune bike trails of Provincetown.
Relax at home
In the evening, catch the stunning ocean sunset on the upper deck with a glass of wine, rock in the hammock under the deck listening to the evening crickets, and for the cooking enthusiast, prepare dinner on the large gourmet grill on the main deck.
Time to move indoors, head to the game room with its ping pong, slate pool table, foosball, and giant TV and theatre sound system. This 4000sqft home also provides a large kitchen and dining area, three different indoor spaces where people can gather or be apart, complete with a baby grand piano for the family musician.
In spring of 2025 the owners also added speakers throughout the house: Master Bedrm, Game Rm, Dining Rm, Piano Rm, and Downstairs Den. Anyone using Spotify on their phone can send music to the system. For an even better experience, guests can download the Sonos app and individually control any speaker!
And don't forget the simple therapy of using the outside shower to wash off the day's ocean salt and sand.
Accommodations
A luxurious upper-level master bedroom features a king size bed, oversized tub with water jets, step-in shower, and private deck. The lower-level features a queen bedroom, a bunkbed room with two twin beds, and other sleeping area with a bed for those that need to split up for more private sleeping options. In all, the home has 3.5 baths plus an outside shower.

Wonderful large and spacious home near the beach and close to shops and restaurants.
House was super clean and had three levels to accommodate all ten of us from age one to seventy including two teens who loved the game room

The week at this house was wonderful. As good as advertised and more. They have literally thought of EVERYTHING! Need beach chairs - shed is full of them (and every beach toy imaginable). Cut yourself beachcombing - first aid kit. Gas grill runs out of gas during dinner - spare cans in the shed. House is spacious, beautiful and well decorated. Kitchen is equipped for anything and everything.
Deck is delightful and relaxing. Easy short walk to beach for a swim, walk or incredible sunsets.

The home and location were perfect for our family gathering.
Plenty to keep all ages from 1 to 70 entertained especially since the weather was not perfect. The beach was a short, pleasant walk away. The pool table, foosball and books and games were great! The Piano was a real bonus as my wife Denise is an avid musician and palys daily. She was thrilled.
We would definitely return.
