The Space:
Welcome to our lovely Cape Cod beach home, located in the unique seaside Eastham neighborhood of Massasoit Hills, where you will be just a short walk from two beautiful private association beaches on Cape Cod Bay. Spend your days sunbathing on the beach, playing in the sand, and swimming in the warm, calm bay waters. The kids will absolutely love low tide, when the beach opens up and you can walk out, seemingly for miles, onto the exposed flats and explore the tidal pools while the kids dig for clams, collect shells, and play with the hermit crabs, not to mention the AMAZING sunsets you will see! Walk through the front door of our home to find a bright and open kitchen/dining/living room with plenty of space for everyone. The large glass windows, sliding doors and skylights fill the room with natural light. There are two separate living areas, a flat screen smart TV for streaming, a dining area with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, and island. Step through the sliding door and onto a spacious deck overlooking the backyard area. The large canopy above provides shade for the entire deck, and combined with the constant breeze from the ocean, creates a perfectly comfortable outdoor space during those hot summer months. There is a large enclosed outdoor shower with a changing room that is accessible from the deck.
The house, with more than 1,700 square feet of living space, sleeps six guests comfortably within three bedrooms. On one side of the house is a large master bedroom, which includes a king bed and private full bathroom. The other side of the house has two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, as well as an additional sleeping area with two more twin beds, and another full bathroom. The central A/C system throughout the house will keep you and your guests cool and comfortable during your stay, and there is a stacked washer and dryer available for use if you need to do laundry. Our home is also dog friendly (1 max), so don’t forget to bring along the family pup! As always, we provide sheets and bath towels at no additional cost, and for your convenience, all beds will be made upon your arrival. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your vacation!

It is very beautiful and convenient house for small family as ours and for larger groups. Everything was very nicely cleaned and oranged for us. We all loved the easy walk to the beach. It is also very close to great restaurant Casa del Cabo. Less than 30 min car ride to P-town. Location is just perfect. The sunset view is fantastic! Our dog was so exited chasing waves on the beach that was sleeping through the night as a baby. I would strongly recommend this place for vacation time!!!

This house was far beyond my expectations...It was a beautiful home with all the comforts...My friend and I just loved it ...We were close to the bay beaches and spent a few days enjoying them...We have spent time at a home on North Sunken Meadow Road and were so glad to have been at this home...So loved the outside shower...The area is just so nice and I so enjoyed the running route in the morning...There are only 2 things that I wish we could have known how to use, that being the thermostat and the wifi...We could not connect with the wifi and the heat was on and could not figure out how to control it and shut it off...I give this a home a 5 star review and if I should come back to Eastham, I would so love to rent this home again....Thank You...
