This pet-friendly home offers spacious accommodations with luxurious linens and eco-friendly amenities. Enjoy stunning sunsets, easy access to the National Seashore and its ocean beaches, and everything in between from your central location here on the Eastham bayside.
I respect the autonomy of my guests and can easily be reached by facetime, email, text, carrier pigeon, smoke signal, or yodeling. Communication with guests is important to us. Please be sure you have app notifications turned on for your phone as this will be our means of communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. We love our neighbors and we want them to love us too! We are located in a quiet, private association, residential area just off the main road, therefore, we do not allow parties or events at Sandy Point.

A fully equipped kitchen and dining area make mealtime effortless, whether it’s a seafood feast or a quick bite between the beach and backyard. When the sun sets, rinse off in the outdoor shower and gather around the new fire pit for laughter and stories beneath the stars.
The home offers flexible sleeping arrangements with four bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and plenty of space for everyone to recharge after a day of seaside fun. Plush linens and a calm coastal palette keep things comfortable and easy — just the way summer should feel.

The little touches included with this listing are what makes the difference between returning to a “house we rented” and returning to a “home away from home”. Thoughtful items like nightlights, labeled light switches (so easy but so useful), and motion sensing lights on the outdoor deck stairs for when you were out later than expected and forgot to leave the outside lights on. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and all manner of cooking gear. WiFi was super fast all throughout the home. The full sized washer/dryer were put to good use! Lots of storage cubbies in each closet. This property truly feels like you could just unpack your bags and live there permanently. The online description was spot on. Tara, the host, was extremely easy to work with. The provided online home guide and area recommendations were greatly appreciated.Overall we were very happy with our stay.
