Ideal private location just north of Campground Beach and about 1.5 miles from Rt. 6. No highway noise - just the peaceful sounds of the bay here! Points of interest such as National Seashore, Coast Guard Beach, Sam's Deli and more are approximately 10 minutes away by car. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is about 2 miles away for exploring the Outer Cape on bikes!
The interior is sparkling new with fresh paint, hardwood floors, all brand new appliances and fixtures, and central AC throughout. The main level features a half bath, two bedrooms with ensuite full baths and a spacious living/dining area and kitchen. Walk out onto the patio and enjoy outdoor dinners with bay breezes.
