Comfortable and modern three-room apartment located on the third floor of an elegant building that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The living area consists of an entrance with a small hall with a living room with a double sofa bed, TV and a table for dining. The living room overlooks 2 balconies.
There is also a modern kitchen, fully equipped, overlooking a balcony.
In the sleeping area there are 2 double bedrooms both with a balcony and a bathroom with shower equipped with all toilets.
ATTENTION: please note that there are steps before taking the elevator that goes up to the second floor. The apartment is on the third floor so you must then proceed on foot for another flight of stairs.
