About this apartment rental
In the most typical area of Milan, the Navigli, a few steps from the center and the main Milanese attractions, a splendid three-room apartment just renovated at the exit of the Porta Genova metro station (from where the green line starts) on the third floor of an elegant building with concierge service and lift.
You enter a large living area furnished with all comforts, the sofa can become a comfortable double bed when needed; you will find a 50-inch TV from which with your subscription you can watch Netflix, and all the other channels. The living room has a large window that opens onto a balcony equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor breakfast.
From the living room you enter a kitchen with an extendable table and 6 chairs where you can comfortably eat.
The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery and everything you need to cook and prepare a pleasant meal. You will also find coffee machine, oven, hob, washing machine.
You then enter the sleeping area where there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A bedroom with a double bed with a new hypoallergenic orthopedic mattress and a personal bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds which can be placed side by side to become a double bed (in case, there are sheets). The second bathroom, with shower like the first, can also be reached from the living room.
In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay, television and air conditioning in every room, high-performance wifi, safe.
Comfortable area for agile work from home.
Metro stop under the house and paid parking in front.
The apartment is not located in Area C, so you can easily arrive by car, despite being at the beginning of the pedestrian area.
Tram 2, also under the house, will take you to Piazza Duomo in a few stops.
The district, in addition to being strategically located in the heart of the Milanese nightlife, is endowed with great personality and charm. It is a neighborhood to be amazed by where there are antique dealers, small artists\' shops, designer ateliers. An incredible offer of Street food restaurants and foods from all over the world, places for a rich aperitif directly on the beautiful canals of Milan.

- the Darsena, completely revolutionized in view of Expo 2015, with its suggestive covered market
- the Vicolo dei Lavai, in Alzaia Naviglio Grande 14
