Difficult check in since their reception closed at 5pm and only opened from 9am. Their staff was also half an hour late to open for check-in. The room wasn’t very clean either. Noisy location.

We did not even get to stay here. The room was disgusting, mold, hair, dirty floors, bugs, and the toilet didn’t flush. We booked another place to get away from here and they wouldn’t even talk to us about it. They refused to reimburse us even though we didn’t stay there and told them immediately. They also are never in the office so it was impossible to even get into the building when you first get there. STAY AWAY!!

Glad I stayed here, worked for me. Great location! Reception hours are undependable and check in without can be a pain. Confirmation address and actual entry are conflicting and confusing. Kitchen was great but only 1 cup etc. Loved having a fridge. Floor was dirty, vents in bathroom horrendous. Hair drier impossible to use as too far up. Still, I’d go back.

Area was good and easily accessible to restaurants. Service is well below average as the desk is not open when needed. Did not have decent size soap, had to buy our own toilet paper and conditioner was not provided. Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible.

Sabrina checked us in, she was friendly. Rooms smell of dust, floors were dusty, couldn’t walk without slippers. AC & vents covered by dust 😖 Metro & tram close by. Attractions in a walkable distance Nice breakfast restaurant around the corner

When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception for check-in. We tried calling the number that had been provided, but no one answered. We were only able to get into the hotel after some other guests let us into the foyer, where we then found the correct phone number to reach someone for check-in – incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Check-out was just as bad – once again, the reception was completely unmanned and we had no idea what to do. The room itself was very disappointing: it was loud, bleakly furnished, and overall uncomfortable. There was mold in the bathroom grout and the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired. All in all, a very poor experience. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

AC could use a cleaning, no amenities were provided. Well located which is a big plus for the price! Personell were friendly, a draw back was the troublesome check-in with the safety box code message not being successfully received.

Location is good, staff was nice! However it was not as advertised on Expedia. It was difficult to find the entrance, doors were locked. When I finally managed to get in to the building after about 15 minutes, there was no one to check in with for 15-20 minutes and the building appeared to be completely empty. No phone calls were attended. I had to use 3 different keys to finally get into my room for 3 different doors. Room was not cleaned as advertised. Bathroom and blanket were both not cleaned. The only positive was the receptionist was nice and helpful.

Fantastic Location! This isn’t a full service hotel by any means. They came in once to service the room during my 3 night stay but didn’t refill the coffee pods or tea. But a fantastic place to stay…clean and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

We felt fortunate that our room, actually sort of a mini-suite, was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in early. We had to pay the room tax up front, preferably in cash. There were hand towels and shampoo in the room. Requested bath towels were delivered upon request, but soap was unavailable. The bath towels were removed and not replaced the second day. It was not an issue for us, but we noted the mini-bar was not stocked as the posted notice indicated. There is a stove-top in the unit, but no pots or pans. The price at reservation was $606.00. I was billed for $692.00. On the positive side - the hotel is a longish, but doable walk to the Duomo through prime shopping territory and a short walk in one direction to the Genova Metro station and in the other to the great restaurants and shops of Navigli.

We enjoyed our stay at Navigli Suites. We stayed at this location because of its location and affordable price. Im giving it 3 star on cleaning because the shower had small black stains. They looked like mold like. The area around is not as nice as, but its an excellent hotel for its price!

You get what you pay for. For a weekend-trip with the family it was ok. We weren’t spending that much time in the room. However, for a non-smoking hotell it smelled so much cigarette-smoke it was discusting. And the water in the shower had no ”power”. If you have à lot of hair, use dry schampoo.

The Navigli suites are not well-signposted from the outside and we weren't sure of the entrance location at first and phoned the manager who came and met us at a door. He was very cheerful, an excellent English speaker and he gave us lots of advice. The room was very clean, large, with a big firm comfortable bed, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, two hobs, coffee percolator), powerful ensuite shower, bidet and toilet. There were just enough plates, glasses and cutlery to get by but I'm sure we could have asked for more if we wanted. There is a bakery across the street, two supermarkets close by and there are many restaurants, bars and shops in the Navigli area. The room was cleaned and the bed made and fresh towels given each day. There is a safe to use for a fee and free wi-fi. The room was very quiet at night and we slept very well amd we felt perfectly safe at all times. It is near Porta Genova metro stop on Linea M2 with lots of tram stops nearby. The room rate was very good given the location and facilities. We would come again if visiting Milan in the future.

rented two rooms for 4 days; one room with AC NOT WORKING... very hot and at least 3 clerks reassured that they had fixed the control... Nope! And their AC repairman was "on holiday" - for the whole building!??! Cleaning staff was very helpful and kept our areas tidy- Thank you! Within walking distance to many restaurants, bus and train stops. Great night life within a five minute walk. Do not rent Room 112B... no AC- just a fan blowing... ;(

we stayed one night in this hotel. it was clean and comfortable. the reception team was very friendly and supportive. the only issue was to find the hotel since there was no "large bright sign with the hotel name" outside of the building so we had to ask whether it was the hotel we were looking for or not.
