    Very nice,clean,laundry and everything But no breakfast and if you stay under 4 night no room cleaning. Nice location. All in all it was good but been to better in japan.

    We are very satisfied with our 5-night stay. The room was spotless. One-time room cleaning was provided. However, we could change towels as often as we liked—we just needed to put the sign on the door. We also loved the complimentary breakfast breads (they were tasty!). The 24/7 coffee machine, water dispenser, and ice machine were all very handy as well. We will def stay here again if we’re ever back in Kyoto!

    Well maintained and clean facilities, english speaking receptionist, Big room, free coffee and bread. 5 minutes walk to Gion, touristy area. Perfect stay for families
