This is the best hotel… I stay here all the time… The staff are very accommodating and friendly…The rooms are clean and comfortable….the showers are awesome they have the waterfall shower heads with jets for your lower body feels amazing! Definitely worth the stay

The staff is the best! Friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your needs… facility is beautiful especially at night all lite up on the outside of the building…. Rooms are cozy and clean….definitely recommend to stay here!

Rooms are small and are either loud from the train outside and poor window insulation or loud from guests in the entrance area and poor door insulation. Booked 3 rooms for work colleagues and one room smelled of urine, another was so loud they had to be moved, and another was very loud but couldn't be moved. Expect reddish splotches and hairs on the sheets, 1/3 rooms did not have a top sheet and there were burned holes into the thin comforter. Coat hooks were broken and no storage for a suitcase in the room is available.
