It’s clean, have a private bathroom, can’t complain with this price in NYC.
Room is very small, has a refrigerator but no table, had to finish my dinner on refrigerator while sitting on bed and :( Would like to have a little table instead of refrigerator.

Choose the place for location.
The shower was fun, but the temperature controls and nozzle controls were not intuitive.
Room wasn't ready when promised.
Room was very small.
On street window that I couldn't see out without being on the bed, I heard all guest arriving and in the hall.
The J train runs above ground on Broadway every 20 to 30 minutes.
Only one outlet in the room.
Black light was garish.
