    Staff was friendly and accommodating. We needed help with car parking, as in Ontario all hotels have own parking lots. We adapted quite well. Delicious coffee!!

    Very accessible by public transit and ride share services. Stayed there to attend events at the knockdown centre, perfectly located just 15 minutes away.

    Upon arrival, Ms. Ahulawana was kind & professional. Every staff member expressed a true mindset of care with professionalism. A fellow resident had us up in the middle of the night/morning, the male staff expressed care with problem resolution without disrespect to anyone, quite impressive. Mr. Juan, stayed busy, always tidying up the surroundings, with kind smile. Ms. Rose, straight to the point with clarity. All a 5 Star, will gladly stay upon next NYC visit.

    It was the best deal in Brooklyn and right next to a bus stop as well as subway and smack dab in the middle of Brooklyn, so it worked for us. It was somewhere to shower and sleep.
