    We ended up staying in a King Room, and the room was much larger than we expected. It came with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, body wash/shampoo, and basic toiletries. The only thing missing was a kettle. The bed was quite comfortable, and the towels were reasonably clean. There was a bit of dust in some less frequently used areas, such as the corners, inside the cabinets, around the lamps, and a few other spots. However, the bathroom, bed, and table were clean, so overall the room was still acceptable and not bad at all. Considering the room size, location, and price, I think it offers very good value for money, especially for New York City. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt it was worth the price.

    Starting with the location, its a bit of a dirty neighborhood. But there are shops to eat buy water and other items. The hotel staff are a bit grumpy than normal hotels. The Rooms are in terrible condition. We got 2 rooms. One of the rooms had to change due to dust all over the space and the mold stuffy smell. Washroom shower taps were hard and get stuck when ever you open it. Washrooms were not cleaned prior to check in. TVs doesn't have remotes. Dust was in the lighting fixtures to everything. Doors doesnt have proper secondary locks. ( that was also broken). There was a vending mechine which takes money but doesnt give out the items. And when inquire the owner, he is like theres nothing i can do. Overall i wont recommend to any one. They are not flexible or attentive.

    We stayed for two nights. The hotel is covenient for public transport, few minutes to the Metro station. However things are getting deteriorated. We booked for 3 people, checked in late but the sofa bed has not yet ready at all. We had to call the house keeping to prepare for the bed cover and blanket. The wall is dirty and old, the sofa looks old with stains. The bathroom door is broken. They said they would report to the manager but nothing happened then. Hope they will upgrade the facilities. Would not come back next time
