The apartment was very clean and the location is very good 3 minutes form metro station Bonne Nouvelle and Strasburg-Saint Denis which was very helpful. The neighborhood had many shops and restaurants/bars. It was value for money for 650€ for 5 people, compared to other places in this distance from Paris tourist places. It has a good temperature even though outside was 30°C but there is not AC, only a radiator. Separate toilet and shower, both have sinks which is very good if you're traveling with more than 4 people. Very good Wi-Fi and plenty of space for clothes. The self check-in is easy with instructions from the very kind and easy to access agent, the neighborhood safety seemed good to me there was a lot of night life. There is a code door and strong prison like door to enter the building. I would recommend it for sure if you're not planning to use the sofa-bed. It has great potential and needs to be developed more. Tge photos were accurate.

However, there are many things to take into consideration. The sofa bed was squeaky and very uncomfortable and waking up there was some back pane and we are young. The other beds where good. There was a tile detached and unstable from the floor. The apartment is on the basement with a single window and the apartment did not smell fresh, though not too bad. We needed more than one body towel per person and 2 face towels that was provided (we were 5) and through WhatsApp I contacted the agent and through communication we received them the next day.
