Location, location, location! The apartment is in a great area, and the property itself is spacious and a very good size. It has a lot of potential, and if everything had been properly maintained and working, it could have been a great place to stay.

The property was clearly neglected and poorly maintained. There was a huge mold spot on the ceiling above the shower, larger than the size of a person’s head. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious health and safety concerns. The television did not work, and one of the fans was also broken. Worst of all, we reported these issues, sent videos as proof, and nothing was done. Management showed very little concern and made no meaningful effort to resolve the problems. During our entire stay, the indoor temperature remained between 33°C and 35°C, making the apartment extremely uncomfortable and almost unbearable. Despite the excessive heat, the beds were provided with heavy winter comforters, which made sleeping even more difficult. Basic necessities were also missing. There was no hand soap, no dishwasher detergent, and no laundry detergent—not even enough for the first one or two loads of laundry. The couch in the living room may be suitable for children, but it is neither appropriate nor comfortable for adults to sleep on. Considering the price we paid, we expected the property to be clean, properly maintained, comfortable, and fully functional. At the very least, the television, fans, and basic household amenities should have been available and working. This property urgently needs attentive and responsible management that genuinely cares about its condition and the comfort, health, and safety of its guests.
