I was able to receive the instructions with the pictures via WhatsApp. The host was really helpful and available to respond to my questions.

I did not expect to get two real keys to the apartment. One step was missing to show which door I should open first before I can find the apartment. There was no picture of that door but the picture I received showed a different door. So I was confused and it took me awhile to figure our which door I have to open first. The big yellow door has to be indicated on a picture as well, not just saying "Main door".

Близость к центру города . Собственник жилья всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал на все вопросы, очень приятный в общении . Когда возникла необходимость остаться еще на сутки быстро оформили продление пребывания.

Ужасно грязно: паутина на стенах и в углах, грязь на подоконниках, на полу мусор, пыль, постельное белье в пятнах, в ванной комнате чужие волосы на плитке. Убирали сами, свежее постельное белье принес собственник жилья на следующий день. И остался неприятный осадок по дополнительной оплате городского налога. При оплате на сайте было указано, что цена включает все сборы и налоги. Но пришлось собственнику доплатить еще 900 крон городского налога.

Host assente, self check in e check out, asciugamani e lenzuola non bastavano per tutti gli ospiti (ho prenotato per 4 persone ma ho avuto lenzuola e asciugamani per 3), abbiamo trovato 3 shampoo iniziati (probabilmente tutti lasciati da ospiti precedenti) e nessuno bagnoschiuma. In casa c'erano solo calici x vino e 1 solo bicchiere per l'acqua. La casa era piena di ragni e ragnatele di varie dimensioni. La vista giardino è praticamente inesistente. Mancavano la lampadina nella lampada della camera e in cucina non funzionava la plafoniera
