Structura apartamentului, faptul că e mare; are in apropiere complex cu locuri diverse de aprovizionare; foarte aproape statia de autobuz pentru plecare
Partea de bucătărie, mobilier vechi, neîngrijit, cu miros specific; nici utilitățile legate de bucătărie nu au fost pe măsură, lipsa cos de gunoi; ușile toate scârțâie și nu se închid bine. Poziționarea la etajul 2, lipsa aer condiționat. Pozitia față de centrul orașului cam departe, cca o ora de mers cu autobuzul
