A large, clean and easily accessible place.

The apartment is large, clean, in a safe area, close to the vatican and public transport. The host was friendly, met us in person, offered advice and a map. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful place to rest at the end of the day after long tours and a lot of walking.

It was close to the metro and also to a market and several places for a quick meal. Paola was very nice and took care of everything we needed. The apartment is large and was perfect for our group of 4 friends.

Incredibly comfortable and clean apartment, would recommend to everyone

Our stay here was fantastic! Paola met us at check in and gave us so much information on how to get around Rome. We were given everything we needed in the apartment, from comfortable beds to fresh towels in the middle of the week and even umbrellas for the rainy days we weren’t expecting. The bathrooms have hot water and windows for ventilation, all rooms have a/c units that work perfectly. The lighting everywhere is great. The kitchen has all the necessities, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, cooking pots/pans, panini maker etc. cleaning supplies and trash bags were provided as well. All areas of the apartment were super clean, I didn’t see one speck of dust, it was truly impressive. Several members of my family have allergies so this was really important for us. The area is so quiet, I’ve never lived in a place more serene. It was so easy to get to our destinations from the Cipro station just a little walk away. There is also a 24-hour supermarket just a few feet away that was super convenient. I really don’t have any complaints, the place is exactly as described and I hope my family and I can stay here again in the future. It was definitely our home away from home. Thanks to Paola and her awesome attentiveness and care.

I would absolutely stay here again.

We were met at the door and handed the keys and showed around the property including how to use the appliances.

My only complaint is I wish I had arranged for early check-in (my own fault) as I got confused with the time change and could not check in immediately when we arrived as we were early.

Well located, easy street parking, spacious accommodation

This is a huge apartment in busy Rome but it is quiet and peaceful and is well located to Vatican City precinct. It is a short walk to Metro that allowed us to easily see the main sights in Rome. We were a family of 6 - grandparents, parents and two children 10 and 8. We enjoyed the large bedrooms, two bathrooms and big living area. We were able to park on the street outside the apartment. An excellent stay.

Superb

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights with 8 people (5 Adults & 3 children) The place is spacious and very clean. The subway station was 5 minutes away. Tania + Paola - the hosts - were very nice and very responsive to our requests and needs. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this place. Veronica - the person who handed us the keys - was also super helpful and had many good recommendations for us.

Our stay in Rome was great,

The owner met us at the property . We kept in touch by text message as there was a replacement bus service for the Metro line that we needed to use and it took a bit longer than normal to get to the property . The owner who was lovely and was able to give us local restaurant recommendations . The property is very conveniently located to a 24 hour Carrefour with fabulous meats, breads, cheeses and wine.

The cleaner who arrived to clean at 11.00 am with her partner and young son wasn't very pleasant . We had washed up all the crockery that we had used and put everything away . Our suitcases were packed and we were just using the facilities before heading off . She was annoyed that we were still there and just kept pointing to her watch .

It was comfortable and fit our family of 8. Two bathrooms was great.

Since we were in Rome, we only got Italian TV. Left us time to play cards and talk. We could not figure out how to dry our cloths after using the washer.

Colazione? Quale colazione? Eravamo in 7 per tre giorni a stento abbiamo trovato 7 capsule per il caffè il resto Abbiamo fatto spesa oppure fuori.

Le pulizie lasciano a desiderare polvere sui tavoli e ragnatele nei lampadari. Tende che si fa fatica ad aprire e chiudere. Acqua calda in un bidè non esce e poi quando arriva l'acqua calda, abbiamo fatto anche doccia con acqua più fredda che calda. Porte che cigolano o che non si aprono del tutto. Camere spaziose areate bene ma privi di un comodino e le prese per la ricarica dei cellulari. E per finire abbiamo pagato la tassa di soggiorno ma non è stata rilasciata alcuna ricevuta è regolare? Non credo cmq sono in attesa di risposta da parte del comune di Roma.
