The building is located ideally for a Vatican visit, (walking distance) and also for the historical city centre, as there is a bus stop right outside. Tickets for public transport can be purchased nearby. There are several restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a supermarket , farmacy, and bakeries. And foremost, our host was very frustrating endly and helpful answering questions also before our visit.
Given the central location one hears the traffic, but it's not something that can be avoided. For the same reason parking is tricky (if travelling by car), but possible also near the building. Alternatively, there are some larger parkhouses nearby.

Central location near to the Vatican and in front of the bus stop
The host Michele was great and very accommodating but there was another woman that came could be the cleaning lady and she was rude and bang the door on us..
