Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Miniappartement. Ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Supermarkt in der Nachbarschaft. Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselkasten.
Die Wand zur Nachbarwohnung ist offenbar sehr dünn. Das Appartement war entsprechend hellhörig.

Appartement très bien localisé cartier très calme le balcon offres une super vue sur Côme j’adore
J’ai vrm tout aimer j’ai eu un petit soucis avec la machine à laver qui avait une fuite mais les propriétaires on régler le problème en quelque heure c’était parfait 👌🏼

Piccolo e curatissimo monolocale, molto pulito e comodo. Manca solo una televisione per poter dire che c'è davvero tutto. Proprietà estremamente cordiale e disponibile
La struttura condominiale in cui è collocato, purtroppo, soffre di un isolamento acustico davvero molto scarso. Le persone che si muovono per le scale sembrano stare nella stanza accanto, così come risultano troppo invadenti i rumori dal piano soprastante.
