Appartamento veramente carino, ristrutturato in maniera efficace e con buona fruibilità.
Pulizia impeccabile.
Host gentile, disponibile, veloce e preciso nelle risposte e nelle indicazioni.
Parcheggio privato disponibile indispelnsabile vista la struttura stradale della località.
Zona notte (letto) praticamente inutilizzabile perché la struttura è troppo vicina al soffitto e la temperatura (nonostante l’aria condizionata) non permette di respirare; c’è comunque un buon divano letto utilizzabile.
Connessione internet lenta ed altamente instabile (sia quella dell’appartamento che via etere), con mancanza di canali tv se non quelli che praticano televendite.

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement très bien situé dans un lieux exceptionnel. Appartement très propre tout était parfait. Climatisé donc très agréables avec des balcons ce que nous avons apprécié également.
Nous sommes venus durant une période exceptionnellement chaude et avons fortement apprécié la climatisation. Le seul petit bémol est que le froid ne monte pas au niveau de la mezzanine donc un peu chaud la nuit.

Die Gastgeberin antwortet sehr schnell und hat uns bei jedem Problem geholfen. Das Apartment ist süss und gut eingerichtet. Schöne Spaziergang entfernt vom Funicolare und den bekanntesten Aussichtspunkt von Brunate.
Wir hatten Probleme mit der Eingangstüre und Fenster. Zudem weisen manche Dinge in der Wohnung Mängel auf, was aber kein grosses Problem ist. In der Küche fehlten kleine Dinge wie Flaschenöffner oder Lappen.
