Great service from Ralf, my parents were lost in Brunate so we had to book this pretty late on short notice and he was willing to wait out in the street to look for them. He also offered them welcome drinks and was jovial throughout the stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect
Noch nie hatte ich ein so freundliches personal getroffen! Einfach mega. Die lage ist einfach der Hammer. Und das essen in dem Restaurant war auch super. Sehr zu empfehlen
Das zimmer war etwas kalt. Wir wussten leider nicht wie die Temperatur einstellen was wohl auch an den 3-4 Glässer wein lag.
