La gentillesse du personnel et du responsable qui était très à l’écoute et présent. Très généreux également, il nous a offert de gentils cadeaux, merci à lui. Le logement est propre et confortable. Le matelas également, c’est une bonne marque de literie donc je ne comprends pas le commentaire négatif à ce sujet, peut-être l’ont-ils changé récemment. À quelques pas du funiculaire et d’un très beau point de vue sur Côme. En plus, ils acceptent les animaux et ça c’est génial. Preuve de plus de leur bonté.
Rien, tout était très bien. Cependant si vous vous attendez à un énorme buffet continental au petit déjeuner ce ne sera pas le cas. Mais à mon sens il est suffisant tel qu’il est.

Great service from Ralf, my parents were lost in Brunate so we had to book this pretty late on short notice and he was willing to wait out in the street to look for them. He also offered them welcome drinks and was jovial throughout the stay. I highly recommend staying here!
