Dangerous, dirty and disgraceful customer service
I don’t have anything positive to say.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with accommodation. The Villa had no lights working in the bathrooms, no hot water, no air con downstairs and a half full jacuzzi. When I phoned for support they tried to tell us that everything was fine. Finally some maintenance guys turned up at 9pm. The electrics had shorted, causing the problem. They had to rewire the switchboard to get the lights and hot water to work. Then they told us that it would probably short again. Sure enough, after 1 shower it shorted. No hot water, no lights. The place wasn’t particularly clean and the electrics are clearly not safe. We asked for a refund, but it’s been over a week and they can’t be bothered to get back to us. Don’t book this Villa.
