We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, and the views were great. The staff were attentive, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. The food was also delicious with good variety. Overall, everything was well-managed and comfortable—highly recommended!

We recently stayed at the hotel and booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids, specifically requesting adjacent/connecting rooms. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to the check-in process and lack of communication regarding our booking benefits. We booked a promotion that included early check-in at 10:00 AM and late check-out at 5:00 PM. However, upon arrival, there was already quite a long queue. We were then surprised to learn that the hotel would only check in one room because the other two guests had to be physically present, even though I was already there with my husband and our two kids, who were apparently being counted as adults for the guest registration. We were assured that once the other two guests arrived, the second room would be provided and would be adjacent to our first room. The hotel’s new face-recognition procedure for all guests also seemed to contribute significantly to the long waiting time. In the end, we were only fully checked in at around 5:00 PM. When the other two guests arrived at around 8:00 PM, they experienced the same lengthy process and waited almost an hour to complete their check-in. Unfortunately, despite the earlier assurance, the second room was not adjacent/connecting to our room, although it was on the same floor. I also thought that once we had checked in, everything regarding our stay was already settled. However, while we were having dinner, hotel staff approached us again and requested my ID because I was listed as the lead guest. We were then informed that our 5:00 PM late check-out benefit had been changed to 12:00 PM because the following day was a holiday and the hotel was fully booked. This was particularly frustrating because this change was not communicated to us during check-in. Had we known earlier, we could have planned our evening and morning accordingly. The lack of communication made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. That said, I still want to give credit where it’s due. The facilities are really good, and we genuinely enjoyed the rooms and the swimming pools. We also tried the jet ski, which was available at a very affordable price, and that was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the hotel has great facilities and plenty of potential for a wonderful stay, but the check-in process, lengthy waiting times, room arrangement, and especially the communication regarding our late check-out benefit need improvement. With better organization and clearer communication, the guest experience could be significantly better.

The staff it’s good . The facility & hotels too old . Not worthy for the prices and we won’t come again .
