It was undoubtedly worth the money. We were simply delighted with the entire experience.

I really enjoyed the pool! The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were super efficient, friendly, and helpful. And the breakfast? Wow, the spread, variety, and quality were all way above what I’ve seen in other similar places.

The main toilet in the suite didn’t have a shattaf, which was a bit of a small hiccup for us, since we’re used to having one.

TV wasn’t connected to Internet, so only TV channels was available. A cooker top was in the room but no cookware, which makes no sense.

Everything was very clean and modern, the sea was beautiful the rooms were immaculate, the view was stunning from our hotel room, beautifully architecture, food was amazing a huge selection . The pools were beautiful, Thr staff were so friendly and helpful . We all had a great time and will be going back .

Disappointing for a five star hotel. Not well rested and have had much better experinces

Cleaner woke us up at 9am with loud bangs on door and we were heavily jet lagged. We’re also woken up before this by people eating breakfast. Could hear cutlery hitting plates at 8am. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in at the desk on arrival. Bed sheet was not put on properly and had to do it ourselves. Room felt quite dated and have been in much cleaner hotels.

disappointing , probably will not repeat again this stay.

the choice for the restaurant in the middle of the hotel down the rooms creating a long amplification acoustic that is very disturbing by early morning with all the noise of the staff and residents eating and the noise of the kids crying and chatting. another issue was the temperature of the pool that was so cold for adults as well as for kids who could not enjoy swimming in the pool. it has to be controlled properly. there was a road closure due to the union day celebration and we have not informed properly and it took us 3 hours to come back to the hotel walking because we couldn't move by our car back to the hotel , and the staff was totally clueless when we called back to ask about roads and means to come back to the hotel.

The hotel was spectacular, also the room! The staff was really nice, always help you with anything! The breakfast was great too, the beach area (where you can swim in the water) was small, but not crowded!

The location was not the best, because you have to go by taxi if you want to explore the city and you dont have much food oppurtunities.

Beautiful resort

A beautiful room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay and the use of the beach area. The breakfast was beyond what we had expected or anything we had seen in a 5 * hotel. Most importantly, the staff were very caring and responsive.

It would be nicer to have a more modest friendly beach and swimming area. But overall it was a lovely stay with no complaints.
