Some staff members not well trained such as Mona Arabic lady at the lobby was rude to my wife by mentioning you have to go out and wait there if you need buggy don’t stay inside ! Instead of being polite and let me assist you going out holding buggy for a 1-3 years old kids and mother !
Call center lady sound rude when I said we have requested tent for kids and it didn’t arrive .

Maybe your door is dnd and you should remove it that’s why they can’t knock and they didn’t set up .
However could be more : Apologies allow me to follow up and please make sure your room privacy button is not on.
These are small things compare to the enjoyment we had in the resort.

The facilities like swimming pool & beach are very nice. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Room is comfortable and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was amazing! They provided a crib for my baby and was a cute set up. My mother lost her sunglasses inside the hotel and was easy to get it back, staff was very helpful about it.
Restaurants closed so early, not so many options inside the hotel when you have a kid and sleep late, so we had to dine in the room, no options. When i booked the room was saying there was late check out, so i was so relaxed walking around the hotel when I received a call from reception saying we must check out and that late check out is just upon availability - I really understood wrong and I thought was a benefit included in the booking. There was an event at the hotel about to happen so the main lobby was closed with black curtains, what is not so beautiful.

Valet was very strange and slow

Check in was strange and did feel luxurious
You walk so much going anywhere and everyting takes so much time
