Good condition inside of the apartment, easy to find a parking spot in front of the building.
For the family who comes with small kids, for safety reasons I could suggest to add a child proof protection by end of the stairs.

Nice location, close to the train station. Very big apartment, in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of parking space. It is well equipped (microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.) so you have everything you need.
We were there with kids and the apartment has a lot of stairs which are steep so a safety kids barrier would be great to have. Also, since the living room can be used as a sleeping room it would be good to have dark shades. Door lock is a bit tricky, we had to figure how to make it stay locked so it might need fixing. We also had issues with hot/cold water - it was coming and going in intervals so it was difficult to shower with water of a suitable temperature.

In bagno c'è un odore di fogna sgradevole , ho prenotato per 5,ma una persona ha dovuto dormire su un divano letto scomodo in un ambiente senza tende oscuranti, per non parlare dei cuscini scomodissimi.
